Ever since Lockie Ferguson won the national fast bowling competition as a schoolboy the Parnell CC speedster has had the reputation of being one of the quickest bowlers in the country.

After suffering through injury setbacks in his first two seasons with Auckland, Ferguson hit his straps from 2015 and hasn’t looked back, helping lead the Aces attack. His success in all three domestic formats culminated in him receiving a call up to the BLACKCAPS making his debut against Australia in Sydney. Ferguson will be hoping to go up another level this summer and add to his BLACKCAPS appearances.
